Scheduling gives you precise control over when your content is displayed. You can set up complex playback rules for single events or long-term recurring campaigns.

Basic Schedules

A basic schedule allows you to assign a playlist to a device or group of devices for a specific time range.

How to Schedule

1. Navigate to the Schedules section.
2. Drag a playlist onto the calendar at your desired date and time.
3. Select the devices or device groups that should follow this schedule.
4. Save the schedule to push the update to your screens.

Recurring Events

Need to show a breakfast menu every morning or a special promotion every weekend? Recurring schedules automate this process.

Recurrence Options

• Daily: Repeat every day or every few days.
• Weekly: Select specific days of the week (e.g., Mon, Wed, Fri).
• Custom: Set specific start and end dates for a seasonal campaign.

Prioritizing Content

If multiple schedules overlap, the system uses a priority-based logic to decide what to show. You can mark schedules as "Critical" to override all other content (perfect for emergency alerts).
